Our weekly 'training hikes' have added a new element of excitement. The location of our hikes isn't as exciting now days, but rather, who will be hiking with us! This week our brother Frank came along with his girlfriend Lily and her son, Al. Thanks for coming guys! 
This week we had to laugh. We embarked on a hike which we expected to be 50 minutes each way......well.....3 hours and 50 minutes later we finished! Oh the joys of exploring the great outdoors!
So...the big question of the week! Who's up for the next hike!
