So I enlisted my cute family to help me serve dinner at the Ronald McDonald House. It's one of my favorite service projects, so I made them help me this year. They were so great to come! Ah....love them!
"Tonights dinner will be served by the Cutler Family" = We are on the agenda!
So quick side note on what we were doing.....The Ronald McDonald Home is awesome! They serve as a support system for many families will ill children by providing a home-away-from-home while their children are being treated at local hospitals. The home is designed as a place of comfort and relaxation where families can come spend the night after long days at the hospital with their children. The community is their main supporter and will often donate money, toys, and food. This night we donated the food! We arrived at the house around 5 and all worked together to cook these cute families some dinner! Yum yum! Our menu was: Broccoli chicken casserole, Fresh Salad, Dinner Rolls, and Oreo's for desert! It was really fun to help ease these families burdens by serving them dinner. Thanks for helping fam! XOXOXOXO Love ya!!!

Hey Anne,
Here is the recipe, it's one of our favorites!
Chicken-Broccoli Casserole
4-6 chicken breasts- cube and cook
Family size frozen broccoli- cook till still crunchy
Stove Top Stuffing- 2 packages- cook to directions
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup- mix together with 1 soup can of Milk
Place cooked chicken on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan, place cooked stuffing on top of chicken, then the cooked broccoli, then pour the soup mix over whole pan. Cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Can sprinkle cheese over after cooking if desired.
It's delish! We enjoy it. I usually bug big chicken breast so we will often on use only 3 breasts of chicken per dish....just enough chicken cubes to lightly cover the bottom of the pan is good.
Enjoy!!
